One of those situations where performances don't correlate to statistics. It reminds me of United's 1 loss in 19 or whatever it was, 'top form team in the league'

I'll be disappointed if we don't beat them next weekend.

That's unfair, we've at least looked competent defensively since we stopped the suicidal tactic of playing Gerrard DM and also since we dropped Lovren.

Now in this game, Lovren is back and we have Allen instead of Lucas. You lot will be huge favorites next week (you're much better, plus we'd have played on Thursday) so I hope we can go and win this as we really need the points.

Was about to say the same thing. The Liverpool defence improved with Sakho coming in and Lucas playing. Today maybe for rotational reasons Lovren is in and Lucas is injured.

Mignolet was wreckless, running full pelt out of the box with his hands up and it's hit his arm.

Doesn't matter that it hit his chest first, he knows he's running the risk of it hitting his arm because he knows he's going to run outside the box, again, with his hands up.

Crying out for Video Tech, needs to be implemented in some form. The main stumbling block is querying decisions while the game is active, the majority of American sports (NHL, NFL etc) allow stoppages to review decisions.
