This weekends other Prem Games 29-31 March

Keep blaming the managers but Levy is the biggest problem at Spuds.

We're so lucky with our ownership.

I was listening to Danny Mills on 5Live yesterday, and he said you always need a strong manager, if you let players take the piss they will. Spuds are a perfect example of this. there are a number of players out there who dont give a toss.

I assume he is speaking from personal experience....

I doubt it, he never got on the pitch.

They're sneaking up on this goal difference! With our two games in hand we have to smash quite a few into the back of the net to get it back up again! Pool are just on fire at the moment with all these goals

Pool will score 3-4 past us I fear, look like the best team in England atm.
Wtf? Barca didn't put 4 past us. Neither did bayern. Liverpool are not as good as either of these teams.

Dembele was on the bench ALL that time?

Shrewood is clueless

I actually wouldn't mind us going for him in summer, would love him at our club.

And sandro not starting is just plain stupid

Spurs will get an absoulte spanking today. Trust me the dippers have got their tails up and can know that if they beat us and Chelsea then the likelihood is that they will win it.
Why can't they win all their games??

In terms of points on the board of course I am happy with our position however in terms of fixtures Liverpools are are lot easier if there are any easy games at this time of the year.

We're looking good at half time :)

Statistically--statistics only--is the probability of winning any one game affected by the previous games? In other words, are you and Chelsea more likely to win each individual game remaining than we are as you've dropped your points already so you're starting from a blank slate?

Or is that not how statistics work? (I'm asking from ignorance--I genuinely don't know).

It's a funny old game, sometimes teams come unstuck at the most surprising places, Chelsea at Villa and Palace for example, us at Villa and Cardiff

I will repeat The truth be told the two best teams this season are us and Liverpool, and it's been proven in the results, they beat them we beat them (most of the time)

So bad for Tottenham just so bad. Was a mistake to buy so many players in the summer, was a mistake to not strengthen their very weak defense, was a mistake to not listen to AVB when they bought players and was a mistake to fire him. They won't make Europe.

Liverpool do remind me of the rise o Dortmund. Very similar situation including Bayern/City fighting in Europe.

The players currently look better, because they are fresh and fit perfectly into the system. Next season when they have Europe and teams park the bus against them will be more interesting.

Well it is them or the rags for 6th place......
Yep and with RVP injured I fancy United to pip them to it. The only plus for them is that they can easily raise around 70-80 million getting rid of the players the new manager does not want.
