Ok that given, if you see our match today, Riese (SP) on Zabba in the fullham box, push in the back, pen or not?

Zabba barely touched him, plus it was very dubious as to whether it was even in the box. Nearly every pundit has said it wasn't a penalty. Are they all wrong?
