I may be a crazy person but I swear that you pair Silva and Aguero with Bolasie and we would absolutely destroy defenses.

I don't know I think Bolasie is actually quite talented. His movements are spot on and they just can't catch him.

I think he's more of a squad player than what we need in the starting 11 but not sure. He could just as well turn out to be excellent in a big team.

I've been watching him quite a lot these last few weeks and I am convinced that with proper training and some quality around him he could be a very good player.

I agree to be fair. A bit raw, needs to work a bit harder off the ball, but would be lethal to bring off the bench with Bony! Not sure about starting quality.

a good player no doubt but one for the likes of Spurs and Liverpool, and United, right now, not a team going for the title.

I suppose I'll give it a rest with this: the best teams in history are not composed entirely of superstars (cough, Real) but of the perfect compliments.

And I ask, what is one of the main things we lack in our team/squad?

We may sign Marco Reus (or whoever at that level) but that won't be to replace Milner as a squad player, he'll be an automatic starter and we'll still need that squad player. Someone to start against Bournemouth and Leicester, someone to come on and cause havoc as a sub.
