I suppose I'll give it a rest with this: the best teams in history are not composed entirely of superstars (cough, Real) but of the perfect compliments.

And I ask, what is one of the main things we lack in our team/squad?

An attacking squad player with skill pace and unpredictability but reliability that would cause the opposition problems.

We have a winner.

Bolasie is unreliable, you need someone top class who is unpredictable but can perform each of those multiple options to a high standard, Bolasie can't, come the final minute of the season chasing an "AGUERRROOO" goal you'd want him nowhere near the pitch, as he'd beat three men, only need to lay it back and he'd cut back, run round 4 men and blast it over the bar.
