I'm thinking if he can carry on building Swansea playing the way they are, he'll be being looked out by some top clubs in the future.

Maybe even us.

Other promoted managers do well with a team, playing a style thats not suited to a top 4 team, but he seems to be a bit different.

Rogers was very close to joining, he went to Milan and met Mancini, and all sorts! Think Swansea came in very late in the day and got him.

I think it was before he took the swansea job.
He's got a good reputation as a coach and after working at chelsea academy under Mourihno he had quite a few offers from some top clubs around europe.He said he wanted to give management a go and he's doing ok and gets them playing with some confidence.

Quite funny to see how things have changed in such a short space of time for the sky 4 about their less fortunate neighbours, United shitting it about us, Arse about Spuds, Liverdippers about Ever...
