I wish Stoke would go down. Horrible, thuggish, anti-football team. It pisses me when people say "Can he do it at a cold night in the Britannia?" in a tone of voice, that glamourises the thuggish, anti-football this shower play. The phrase is usually given to new foreign players like Hazard, and Silva. I hope Hazard goes there and scores a hattrick, on a cold, rainy night, and the myth of Stoke as some right of passage, where whether or not, you're a great footballer is decided, unless you perform on a cold, wet, night there, with thuggish cunts kicking you, and putting in leg breaking tackles, while the twattish referee turns a blind eye to it, so he doesn't get stick off some six fingered heathens. Stanley Matthews would be turning in his grave if he saw what his old side had become.

I don't wish them down. I love the fact that the top league of English football offers different challenges throughout. The fact that you have to stem the tide at Anfield and Goodison, attack at Old Trafford and believe in yourself, stop Arsenal playing at the Emirates, survive at Stoke, turn up at Villa Park, silence the crowd at Newcastle and forget the hype at White Hart Lane. If you can so most of this and turn on the style in your own backyard, you'll win the league. A point that we proved last season.

Football might not be great but he has a great record with his clubs. When some city fans were asking for fat Sam you have to remember how poor we had been. We were a nothing team with absolutely no grit. Sam would have certainly changed that and made us a lot more difficult to beat.

well said buddy, hes changed are club completly in such a short time - we could not have asked for a better manager for are club, hes given are club a spine, yesterday was dissapointing but it was basic errors that cost us , we had enough chances to get back into it, still confident we'll comfortably stay up this season which has to be our aim.
