Newcastle vs. Anzhi (0-0)
Inter vs. Spurs (0-3)
Chelsea vs. Steaua Bucharest (0-1)

Who do you think will go through?

I reckon Anzhi (on away goals), Spurs and Chelsea.

Re: This week's Europa League

Generally speaking, Spurs have a pretty good record against Italian teams in European competitions, so I have to very much fancy our chances of progressing to the Quarter Final, especially with a 3-goal head start...

Strong side that.

Re: This week's Europa League

Was amazed by how poor Inter were last week. Looked so short on quality, Spurs never looked in danger of conceeding. They were well organised and played efficiently, but my word it was sooo comfortable for them. Expect a tighter game today. If Inter score early they might start to think they've got something to play for. Still shouldn't affect the end result though.

There ought to be a quiz question about how many adverts itv can surround their football coverage with!

At least they dont leave the game after about 20 minutes for an advert break (yet) like some broadcasters do, or have advertising bars scrolling across the bottom of the screen.

Had a wee nibble tonight on Rubin, Zenit, Benfica and Chelsea -1 just for an added interest
