Tottenham should have started Lennon, there is hardly any pace in the team without him and Bale in the side.

AVB has gone for a strong midfield to protect a lead, that's negative thinking for me.

I don't care what Ladbrokes are paying ITV; those ''mini ads'' leading into and out of the commercial breaks (and indeed, the ''proper' Ladbrokes ads as well) have to be binned. That bloody Italian fuckwit. Even more annoying as the MacD's ''yer alright'' ad.

All of Europe's top clubs use the dark arts, they can make the difference between a Champions League final win or loss. Not endorsing it but we could benefit from a cynical side like that, at least results-wise. No prizes in football for morality, cheats prosper (see: the scum).
