Can't help but admire Southampton as a club.
Bale, Walcott, Oxlade Chamberlain, Lalana, Schneiderlin, Shaw (snigger), probably a few others....All gone

Yet they still put out a great team to watch, whilst doing transfers in,very much under the radar....fair play

It works for him though, he wins wherever he goes but the pattern is there in terms of longevity, as a club you would need to factor this in employing him, it is why he likes to constantly bring in new players, whatever people think of him as a person he has been the best manager for a generation
