It is flabbergasting the pace of the descent, though. It's as if someone flipped a switch and Ivanovic, Terry, and Fabregas all went into energy-saving mode.

He won the league last year so unless the game has moved on dramatically in a few months I think you are being a tad harsh, I think most of us are quite relieved they are dying on their arse, not many thought they weren't the main thorn in our side at the start of the season

It works for him though, he wins wherever he goes but the pattern is there in terms of longevity, as a club you would need to factor this in employing him, it is why he likes to constantly bring in new players, whatever people think of him as a person he has been the best manager for a generation
Thing with him is its a style that worked in Portugal for a while brought success then he moved on to Chelski - same happened then he moved on to Inter - worked for a while then he moved on - then to Spain - worked for a bit in Real then back here - problem for him is as he was worked out in Italy then Spain it he came back here and he's been worked out again - rather quickly. His nasty - non-football - blame everybody else - be controversial - style doesn't work any more - he isn't much different to 2007 but the game is..............
