Thogden

The thing with these YouTubers is they bin off going to live football ever again for the sake of having a watch along from their bedrooms. WTF? Surely they can go to the match and then post interviews with fans like Cheesy does or just go to the match like MCFC Lads does. No problem with that - just don’t start filming yourself for 3/4 of the game getting on everybody’s tits and making yourself look a knob.
I know there's a couple of posters on here who do these watchalong streams on YT. And fair play to them; they're earning a few bob watching the team. It sure beats working 9 hours a day in a factory, as I do. What I can't understand is why these streams seem to be so popular. I just don't see the appeal in watching someone else watching City. The reactions afterwards (particularly utd, Spurs, Arsenal and the dippers) after they've lost can be hilarious, mind. But that's after the game. I don't think I've ever tuned in to one of those watchalong streams. Different strokes for different folks, I suppose.

Is one of them that kid that would eat sausages and then burp? Pretty sure I know who he is on here.

It’s a popular excursion for wealthy Yanks, my neighbour’s son likes ‘soccer’ so his dad got tickets for Arsenal v United then Palace v Newcastle the next day. Almost 800 quid on tickets plus flights and hotels.
Got talking to a Canadian on the train after a Spurs match at WHL where we actually won and he had been to a game the day before in London, watched Spurs v us and was then watching a Monday night somewhere else! Tickets cost him around £300 for each game but he just loved watching PL football. Plenty do it but it used to be that tourist would no affiliations to any particular club would get a ticket in the home end. It now seems with City that they are getting hold of tickets in away end!

I prefer seeing Thogden (I agree bit dodgy of him in the away end, unless its just someone selling him a ticket) than the stupid "Fan Channel watch along" like Goldbridge and that bald irish liverpool fan...

My son was watching one of his videos. A load of self-publicity seeking drivel. Doesn't seem to like City at all either. I wouldn't give him the steam of my own piss.

You are not wrong about the red top reactions after a defeat, they really are hilarious. Of course they know what they are doing in terms of increasing hits but they really do show themselves up and reinforce the self-entitlement aspirations cast at their fanbase. I am convinced there will be a long term consequence because when a very young lad or girl is starting to develop an interest in the game and realise that they have to choose a team to follow; who will they pick? - a club supported by clowns like those fore-mentioned or a club playing brilliant attacking winning football like city?
