I agree with the point the OP was trying to say.

All the facilities will do is inspire people, it won't all of a sudden make us churn out world class players. Fancy glass panes and jazzy changing rooms don't make players, coaching and pitches do and we had the pitches at Platt Lane and Carrington already. The reason why we haven't had anyone through in the last 5 years is because they have not been given the chance to because of the calibre of players we have been signing which has brought us great success, but now is the time to start blooding these players.
