Martinez just will not happen for the same reasons that nobody else can get a deal done for him, his ownership rights and contractual tie-ins are far too complicated.

Carvani will not happen before January as he has commited to them to at least then and his buy-out clause is truely massive.

But the good news is that you can expect one who has been the subject matter on here before to hold a presse on wednesdayr to explain to his adoring following the reasons he has had a change of heart.

Have also been told that we have agreed a staggered £20M deal with Juve for Edin.

Most interesting post in the thread. Thought I don't think, if there is ever to be one, the route of DDR's escape would involve telling the Roma fans that he's had a change of heart. He made it (reasonably) clear that the only circumstances under which he would leave is if the club needed him to go, likely for financial reasons.
