The two derbies last season, the two trophies he's brought, they numb the pain of his destructive and at times highly questionable ways.

He's a B+ manager at an A+ club.

As has been said already, he's changed the mentality of the club and many of the fans. Before he arrived if we were 1 -0 up we would sit waiting for the opposition to score. Now when we're 1-0 down we believe we will score.

From perennial also rans to FA Cup, Premier League and winning mentality. If that's not enough then I don't know what is.
