Personally I thought the Supporters Club would have taken up the slack

Well our branch asked for 16 don't usually get an allocation anywhere near what we ask for,strangely we got 16 for this one though.

Why don't the club pick a random amount and the people who get them tickets have to send a selfie of themselves at the match then he club could check against a collection of of photos that the club could have on file from when you get your season ticket. Anybody who does not do it could be banned from going away for the rest of the season , it would also weed out the supporter club issue.

It would be 10 - 20 people at most and at least that will stop the reselling going on and way better than a collection point

Why haven't the lads and lasses who were short for Huddersfield tickets not vaulting all over this game chance to add points and catch up,Sunderlands a good trip as well.
