Ticket issue

When iOS15 was rolled out by Apple they added a new section in the Wallet app for expired tickets My SC wasnt in the Wallet at all and I wasnt able to download from website just got an error Through a contact at the club I spoke to the IT department and they eventually had to send me a new download link since then its been fine
So maybe its a similar issue if son upgraded his iPhone first check in the expired section of Wallet app if not there then I suggests he contact the Supporter Services
Yep I suspect the ticket hasn't been successfully removed from his previous handset and we've reached the limit on how many times the ticket can be issued...

Trying to talk to someone at City but it's ridiculous - 3 x 1Hr+ waits and each time they've dropped the call - utter rubbish

My two lads won't be able to make it tomorrow has anyone tried to upgrade children's tickets or is it worth just taking a couple of mates?
Do they check at turnstiles any more?
I've never been checked yet and my lad is 14 and had one for 7 years. We occasionally swap over tickets/phones over to see if we get stopped and it never happens. I thnk they're probably happy that someone is using the ticket.

There is a little yellow light inside the gate to show if it's a Junior or OAP ticket but it's the same light...(so sometimes I've taken my dad who is 65+ on my kids ticket as the light is same light)... as 01282 says I've swapped tickets with my lads several times and have never been pulled up

What phone is it mate?
iPhone when from a 12 to a 13 handset and it's not worked since

I'm pretty sure despite me erasing the old handset the City Application thinks it's issued to two devices(his old handset and my handset) so is refusing to issue to a third

OK problem now solved...
Supporter services put me through to Season Ticket administrators.... they then sent me an email with a new download link and the Mobile Ticket now appears in my wallet of the new phone.

The error message I was getting previously was, (in case is someone is searching how to solve this):

Forbidden - Maximum number(2) of passes issued, remove one of the existing copies of this pass from the Apple Device

Just wanted to post my thanks to the stewards and supervisor at Z2 entrance last night for their excellent assistance in helping me get in for the game.

My wife attended her first game in 2 years using our nephew's transferred ticket. I was expecting this to be a potential problem, so we arrived even earlier than I usually do. Of course, no problem at all and she breezed through.

Unfortunately, my Google Pay link just wouldn't open, so I was stuck outside trying to resolve the issue. No matter what I tried (and I tried/checked every option), it wouldn't open (even though other apps would etc) It was clearly an Interweb-thingy problem, most likely down to the spot I was standing in close by the stadium walls.

The stewards were really helpful in trying to resolve it for me, until we all gave up and the supervisor came to enable me to get through the gate, taking my card details (yes! from the last actual card I got for the 19/20 season which I keep in my actual wallet!)

I know people have had difficulties with some of our stewarding over the years but last night for me was an example of how they often get it right and I wanted to say 'Thanks, well done' to all at Z2 for being helpful and using a commonsense approach to resolving the issue for me.

And the additional bonus was that, instead of being first in like usual and getting the round in for our group, I had a pint waiting for me for once without having to pay for it..!
