Ticket Office (Again)

Ticket office certainly don’t seem to be improving judging by these stories and the Brentford shenanigans.

Last time I phoned them up at the start of the season, the guy kept shouting at his dog to stop barking all through our conversation.
 
Seems they've sacked off the @mancityhelp live support on Twitter at the moment, which is a joke. Stuck on the phone and somehow going backwards in the queue?
 
Was on hold for an hour yesterday. Gave up in the end as I had wasted enough of my day. No indication as to where I was in the queue either which doesn't help.

Was hoping the mad rush would have receded by now after lots of people feel the need to renew on the very first day they can. Will try again next week.

Son in law can’t go tomorrow, 18-21 ticket. I’ve now got it on my phone can my Missus (very much not 18-21!) use it or will it need upgrading? No indications on the pass it’s 18-21.

Hoping to avoid the 90 minute phone call

Some stewards are hot on it but most don't care. The buzzer flashes green for adults and orange for under 21 if I remember correctly. Try it and worst case if they pull you up they will make you go to the ticket office to upgrade.
