Been on the phone for Wembley tickets for an hour now. Started at 54 in the queue. got down to number 1
and thought great I'm next. The following 20 minutes I've been listening to a fucking horrible version of the shit blue moon song whilst some woman is going on about the volume of calls and if you cant wait any longer go on the website. Utter Twats

Not our ticket office, its a ticket agency in Nottingham.
Same scenario happened to me.

Why not just do it online? If you can get on here surely you can buy them online? Infinitely easier.

yeah, I don't get why you would ring up and pay a booking fee when you can do it online in 5 mins and no booking fee?

Online you only get the choice of the seats they offer, whereas if you ring up you can select any that are free.

Fair enough. Although the difference in specific seats within a block is very minimal imo and not worth the hour long phone call and/or the additional booking fee.

Had same issue - I didn't want the selected tickets behind the goal. Called up and now on sides.

Pain arse but I'm glad I persisted.

Therein lies the issue then, if you chose to ring up, pay an admin fee and wait, knowing you are 54 in a queue, just to chose the seats you'd prefer, rather than go on line and get any old seat, then expect to wait, they're selling 32000 tickets, not 2000, and every bugger wants one. ...!

It makes the difference for example in the lower tier. We wanted at the back of the lower tier, but online was only offering the first ten rows or so. For those that have been that low they will know how big of a difference there is in views in the lower tier.

At this current stage definitely. But does it not beg the question why there isn't more of a selection online?

There are free tickets? ;)

I wish! ;)

I chose mine online and chose the back row of tier one near the half way line. Can't you do that? I found it simple enough.

You can't do it online if you use a ipad or iPhone it just doesn't work I got mine over the phone yesterday and mentioned again how come the website doesn't work regarding tickets on iPads etc as I now always have to ring for aways etc they said they are aware of the problem and are working on a solution? Surely we need a website that works on all tablets and phones as we must be losing ticket sales because of this. On a bonus note they waved the booking fee for the 4 tickets as I questioned why should I have to ring up when I tried to do it online

If you want junior tickets you can only do it over the phone,so the internet is not an option

I got two tickets in 30 seconds yesterday with no problems online.

Not sure how you work that out. I've already bought both adult and junior online for this. I keep seeing people mention this however, so I'm not sure whether I am missing something or this is just an urban myth!

If the adult has the correct number of points but the junior doesn't you have to do this on the phone as the online system doesn't allow you to upgrade. If the adult and junior have the right number of points then online works.
