Ticket Office Fiasco

You can't do it online if you use a ipad or iPhone it just doesn't work I got mine over the phone yesterday and mentioned again how come the website doesn't work regarding tickets on iPads etc as I now always have to ring for aways etc they said they are aware of the problem and are working on a solution? Surely we need a website that works on all tablets and phones as we must be losing ticket sales because of this. On a bonus note they waved the booking fee for the 4 tickets as I questioned why should I have to ring up when I tried to do it online

I've bought away tickets on my iphone plenty of times. I've even bought tickets on my iphone whilst on a minibus on the motorway on the way to another away game. Never had a problem.

It's usually a 'Safari' problem. Just download 'Puffin' and use that as your browser and you should be ok.

Don't know why you're bothering, well only get beaten anyway.

Because I use the lift for health reasons I cannot log in and have to phone and queue for any query. Same for all people who use the lifts and all have been adding the queue for at least three years.

The club say s it is because some disabled people need to sort out carers. I say there must be an easier method for those in that situation.

I've got disabled friends who use the lift on my family and friends list?

But don't disabled people who are using the phones go a different telephone route to the rest of us? When I phone up it has a different option for disabled supporters.

As for the people waiting, the other day I wanted a Chelsea ticket and I was 56 in the queue because of people buying for Wembley, so I went online and got the ticket without a problem, that was on my iPhone. For my Wembley ticket on day one, I was 44 in the queue and it took 9 minutes before I got through so I don't think that's that bad really do you?

Why not just do it online? If you can get on here surely you can buy them online? Infinitely easier.
Another reason to buy via phone. If you want to take your kid with you to Wembley but his/her points aren't in the same bracket as yours, you can't add them online. You would have to wait till the allocation slot for your kids season ticket has come around to buy it separately.
If you order over the phone they have "small" allocation of tickets available for parents who want to order their kids at the same time (assuming said allocation hasn't been filled). I rang today's find out, as I noticed online you can only order one ticket at a time on each season ticket. Which would mean I would have to wait till next Wednesday to chance getting mine and my sons tickets together. Stupid system I know but shit ends I guess.

Maybe just iPads then because every time you put the number of tickets from 0 to 1 it just flicks back to 0 instantly and the ticket office as I said are aware of it so there's clearly a problem needs fixing with the set up we've got we need a website that works easily on all tablets etc I've seen ppl mentioning this problem before on here needs fixing.

ah, I've had that problem before actually, not always on my phone though,on the laptop too. It's infuriating. Generally, closing safari and restarting it then logging back in sorts it for me or clearing cookies on the laptop.

As you press 1 immediately (almost at the same time) press "go" - it works - shouldn't have to but many months of buying with this problem as led to me finding this solution

wow we have all this money and the ticket office is still as shit as it was 30 years ago and more

lol thats kinda reassuring

Never had a problem booking online with laptop phone or tablet and our broadband is bobbins. No booking fee no postal costs either, I find the online systems relating to everything very efficient and easy to manage. You just have to keep up to date with changes implemented each season such as cup schemes and eligibility for tickets etc as nothing is forever.

Not sure I just press 1,1,1, and still get queues, Whether they are shorter I cannot say but it is still a bloody nuisance.

In fact it's discrimination T tell you!!

Anyone any idea wots left for the final?

Loads of choice for me in level 5 yesterday. Pretty much every block had choice. I got row 9 of level 5 for £56 on best available so would imagine that most of the front 1-8 rows will have been bought and maybe the same for the front few rows of the £40 tickets. Don't know about level 1 as didn't look in that bit.

Scousers have sold out level 1 bar the odd seat.
