Ticket office hold times

Finally got sorted today after almost 2 hour wait, one of our tickets had been overlooked girl on phone was brilliant e-mailed it out to me while waiting on phone till it arrived, said really busy with season tickets relocations and new junior ones, Madrid and semi final.Mistakes happen all sorted now. if we beat Chelsea all will be forgiven :-)

They answer a tweet in 20 minutes. I joined the long phone queue in the morning and regretted it. Haven’t one of the four of you got a smart phone.

The ticket office isn’t good enough but if you chose to phone up in the days before Real Madrid at home and a new form of season card were being sorted out, it was inevitable there would be a big queue.

Is there a problem with ticket transfer? Not letting me do it for the Brentford game
 
Don’t want to be that ‘guy’ but I find when you call its not a long wait, the call back helps, and they are helpful, sorry!
 
Current wait time to speak to any option on the line is 1h 40m. It's ridiculous. To make it even more painful, the 30 second looped hold music ends by saying "press 1 for a callback" AND then you're informed that the callback option is "currently unavailable"

I know currently people will be calling to try and buy Wembley tickets, but modern IVRs can easily route calls to different teams. I need to speak to them urgently about a ticket issue for Brentford. The online chat bot is also totally pointless, just sends generic website links for anything you ask it. This club is at the pinnacle in many aspects of football, but when it comes to customer service it's worse than the Swales era at Maine Road
