I know many will doubt this, but despite previous problems with Ticket Office, (they sent my Villa away tickets to anaddress in Liverpool), I would like to praise them for the way they HELPED with my current problem. Last minute decision due to work commitments, for myself and friend wanting to go to West Ham on Sunday. The person i spoke to was adamant that i had passed the cut off point (3pm Thurs), and although they had a few tickets left, they were only on sale for personal callers to CoMS. Stated although happy to drive 300 mile round trip for home GAMES, wasnt going to just for a ticket. Asked if i paid extra, could they be sent by RoyalMail Special delivery, (guaranteed Sat am) "No" no mechanism to charge for extra payments, could they be picked up from West Ham? "No". Could i speak to anybody, and plead for sympathy. "No point, nothing they can do", but he did put me through to a Box Office Supervisor, who was happy to sell me the required 2 tickets, to be picked up from West Ham on matchday. So for a Change SINCERE THANKS TO THE TICKET OFFICE

bet you wont be saying that when you turn up at West Ham on Sunday and they know nothing about you collecting tickets?

If your first call was to the Ticketline you were only speaking to the agency that handles the sales not the TO and they have no room for flexibility, unlike the TO staff themselves.

Ticketline originally gave duff information, said i "could purchase over internet and would still post out" said any problems ring them back. Needless to say i found out internet is currently only for home games, so rang them back. They said sorry i was given wrong information, personal callers to CoMS only, or try TO.

Ticket Office initially blocked me until i perservered and pleaded to be put through to a supervisor, who was HAPPY TO HELP

I take another posters comments about West Ham knowing nothing on board, when they sent my Villa tickets to Liverpool, told me to pick up replacements from Villa on matchday. I queued where i was told to go, (behind about 50 bloody Villa fans, all buying tickets for their big match v Stoke, and their EUFA match) only to be told when i finally got to the front, about an hour later, that i was in the wrong place, and needed to get them from a "ticket office" near the away section. Valuable drinking time lost, fotunately pub for City fans was only about 200yards away

So fingers crossed for Sunday!
