FFS why is everyone moaning!
The tickets are priced for next to nothing so loads of people are trying to buy them so the ticket office is snowed under and the website is having shit loads of traffic!
Stop being so impatient and the ones that say they are staying home and watching it on TV now, put your dummys back in FFS

Rang the ticket line three times now. Each time after a 8 minute wait, the call just ends.

City can fuck off, im not going to the Hamburg game now. That’s not the way to treat fans.

I've been down this morning...q'd for an hour in the driving wind and rain..they had the q right out in the open..as I was leaving they were herding people against the wall...My suggestions of opening up the concourse to stop people getting hyperthermic fell on deaf ears.
Problem is I still need one more ticket as the ticket office bloke messed up the order...Getting cut off every call and the net is down... SORT IT CITY!

Although its good that people are rushing to buy tickets for the game, I do wish that City had staggered the sale of the tickets. I feel slightly aggrieved that I have been to all of this seasons UEFA cup home games and am now by the sound of things I am gonna have to quickly scurry to get a ticket because everyone has all of a sudden decided to show their support.

Im sure I'll get one, but UEFA cup games should have some sort of loyalty scheme for those that bothered in the earlier rounds.

just got sorted took me 2hrs but got them keep tryin you will get tickets! got them on line u just have to keep at it .everyone wonts tickets at a £5 just hang in thare.not as bad as the tickets for gillingham hahahahaha

Im wouldn't have minded being put in a queue on the phone, it's the fact the phone just keeps cutting off that's not acceptable.

You're not too bright either are you? It's not unacceptable - it's the technology.

The switchboard can only cope with so many calls. Let's say it only has 100 lines and there are twenty operators. This means that 20 people can be dealt with and 80 will be in the queue. Any others will be trying to get into the queue but the system will only allow them so long to do it. It's a bit like a full car park where the barrier only goes up when a car leaves. Once you are in then you have to find a spot but you may have a long wait to get in.

So is it too much to expect an automated message being added for the fans who cannot even join the queue?

Or am I not bright enough to 'get' that.

Obviously not. You only get a message when you join the queue as you're not in the system until you do. And as for your "If I don't get tickets soon I'm going to watch it on the telly" comment - that's how you watched the Sunderland game isn't it? You wouldn't have had a problem getting a ticket for that.

Go on then smart arse, what channel was the Sunderland game on???

Season ticket seats are being held until friday night anyway so anyone who is a season ticket holder need not worry! Dont know what the fuss is about its not as if they gonna sell out in record time like Jackos comeback!
