Have enquired a number of times about hospitality packages by email - the replies I got back indicate they don't actually read the emails but just send out a standard email telling you what you already know from the os and on 2 occaisions they haven't even had the courtesy to get back.
Normal away tkt and cup tkt enquiries - I find them pretty good.

Which bit exactly do you want me to read? I read the following.....

The website is up to date anyone with 3600 points can get a ticket, if you haven't got 3600 you cant get a ticket.

the site isn't up to date - mcfc states "Should tickets remain, further selling criteria will be announced" - the last points criteria date is 31 december, there are loads of tickets left and they haven't bothered with an announcement. not difficult to keep the site updated - TO need to sort it.

......where you clearly state the website was not up to date, despite the website saying at that time, that anyone with 3400 points could get a ticket from Tuesday 5th. I'm not being argumentative I'm stating a fact, a fact that you wont acknowledge.

when i wrote my post, the latest points criteria was 3600. it did not state 3400 from tuesday. there is no fact to acknowledge. since i wrote that post, it was updated. is this difficult to understand, or do i need to spell it out a little more clearly for you?

Funny that when i checked at about noon ish and it said 3400 from Tuesday, methinks you didnt check properly. And whether they put it on today or tomorrow or monday, the previous information was still correct the only people who could get them were those with 3600, for it to have been wrong the club would have had to be selling to people who had less points than what the website said. Its pretty obvious that your just pissed off because you came from preston for no reason - thats not the websites fault though.
