I always thought the ticket office here ar COMS have been very good. For those of you who remember the ticket office at maine road ...... do any of you remember the bad tempered cantankerous old fucker who used to work in that office as a supervisor ? ?

Always found them very helpful myself, just hope they will be as sympathetic again when I phone them tomorrow to ask why my EDS points have not been added to my account.

They managed to move me from the 3rd tier into the 2nd tier for last night, but then went and sold the same seats they put me in to 2 different people!
And because all I had was a text from them about where I was sat and the other 2 had paper tickets, it was me that ended up getting fucked off from the seats
