So today my debit card should have had £20 taken for my Steaua home leg ticket. I am a lazy git and the convenience of being on ALL the cup schemes works for me. So about an hour ago I realise I haven't had an e-mail confirming my seasoncard had been loaded. Guess what? Even though my account shows I have registered for all 3 my card details (which I entered upon renewing last season) are not there! This means I now have to apply for my own seat. I can't make head nor tail of the new official site - how are you supposed to buy away tickets, because all they seem interested in is flogging tickets for all the home games. I have complained to the club,but, expect to be fobbed off, even though I know I am (for once!) in the right. Seriously thinking of walking away from it all - 40 years counts for fook all it seems
 
Same boat here, no email and nothing out of the bank, was supposed to be today would find out where sitting as 3 tier south stand closed,
Unless I missed something somewhere on any other threads what's happening again, like you say nowt on the website about steau bucharest tickets???
 
I had my money taken out earlier today..Im in 318 south stand which as been closed so they have relocated me ( they said in my email before taking the money they'd relocate me to the best alternative seats ) to 116 on row A ...they really do take the p1ss,the view from the bottem rows is ridiculous especially trying to find out whats happening at the other side of the pitch.so,i'll now have a 30 minute plus phone call to make tomorrow to change again
 
Just checked with mancity.com and apparently my card has been *loaded*. Checked my bank and not showing in there yet.
 
OK then, just checked my email and have conformation of the tickets for Chimps league, result.
 
got mine sorted this morning , card for the champs league was out of date.
OK for the other schemes, sure i updated em all at same time,
to be honest the office was very good and efficient when i rang, cant complain now sorted,
 
I get that it's frustrating but you know for a fact you won't walk away due to a payment not being taken so why add that to the end of your post?

Never ever trust the ticket office and you'll be fine.
 
At least you're not on the website trying to buy tickets for the home leg against Bucharest....anyone else struggling? Select seats then it says cannot process the request. Been trying for an hour. It should not be this hard surely :(
