Ticket points survey.

I never get any of the surveys now.
I must have opted out at some point. Either that or they didn't like the answers I gave on the last one I did.
Having been a SC holder for donkeys years I used to get all the surveys but in the last one I received (years ago) I ponted out that the purpose of the survey in question seemed to be to establish how much they could fleece a match going (legacy) punter for. I haven't received a survey from the club since. Well duh, you may well respond, but the fact that I don't get the surveys any more says to me that the club doesn't want to know what people who think like that think. I would be happy to complete cub surveys but it seems the club don't care for my opinion. You can prove anything with a stat.

Quite a pointless survey that's clearly directed at no shows at home games. It doesn't impact me, ive never missed a single mens game at the etihad other than the covid ones we couldn't attend and I'm not against some form of "punishment" for empty seats but they really shouldnt be using ticket points basically as a hostage to ensure people turn up, it just starts a dangerous slide towards them doing similar for other things in the future. Find another way of fixing it and keep ticket points out of it.

I told them there's no loyalty in buying platinum. It's just a scam by the club to make more money. But people are desperate to keep their loyalty (away) points up as away tickets are getting harder and harder to get, as the club syphons away tickets off to players, sponsors, corporate, Youtubers, etc, with fans who have put years of loyalty in now missing out on an away ticket.
agreed, I have had platinum from start and was offered superbia and was number 134 on list, so bought platinum to keep my points up, last few seasons platinum has had no benefits at all and I say this as 2 years ago I was in 2nd purchase window for Bournemouth & Brentford away but now despite me collecting every available point on offer I am now in 5th purchase window for same fixtures, only reason I am still platinum is in the case City do stop loyalty points then I will go after them for mis-selling and I know this is case for others, IMO don't think they will do away with it as it is a money spinner to them

Be the next PPI scam if so !!

I normally get emails from club including surveys but not received this one

The club only send emails to City fans who complain. ;-)

The club want to know what we’re still unhappy about after 10 years of unrivalled success on the pitch, huge revenue growth off the pitch, and the Etihad stadium being expanded.

Just told them its an absolute scandal some old bastards who went to the glamorous venues such as Sincil Bank and Adams Park (not mentioning Bootham Crescent as we were all there) can get tickets for Liverpool and United away via 'loyalty' points whereas I can only get them through the Mozambique supporters club.

See you at Anfield Sunday

Still don’t understand why people with higher points are part of a constant witch hunt whilst the OSC and corporate allocation lot are just accepted that’s just how it is
The club created all these issues but only challenge a third of the problem
Because the OSC sucked the club's cock historically and the corporates throw stupid amounts of money at the club. OSC members won't like that but they were the bunch that wouldn't criticise Swales or anybody else at the club when we were going down the pan.

Survey completed. I mentioned that the loyalty points system was generally OK but the issue of third party hospitality agencies getting scarce tickets for away games needed to be resolved.

Lol.

How to tell it’s the run up to Liverpool or the rags away.

Superbia still get 2k points PA even though this is now far more than anyone e lase gets due to the removal of away ticket points and neutral ones (the latter was not communicated just observed).

Having worked in Market Research for almost 30 years these surveys are worthless unless answered by a proportional representation of the City fanbase

A well-off 60 year old living in Hazel Grove (me) will have completely different needs and requirements when compared to an 18 Year old on a low income from Whaley Bridge (me in 1982)

Opinions will vary but those of the younger generation are absolutely critical

Can’t be that well off if you’re still living in the Grove!

I’m really hope there’s no points for women’s games. Often the women’s game are on at the same time as the Men’s. Or they play in the same day at different ends of the country.
