Villa are doing a £38 combo on Saturday for 1 adult and 1 under 16 .compared to £55+£33 £88 to watch the same champions
At the etihad
yet they are charging us £43 for one ticket, seems fair

not like for like seats, that's how they get away with it city will have half of the side stand that villa deal will be behind the goal but at £43 for city its not to bad

That's how brainwashed we've become. Whilst not as bad as some, it's still far too much.

And comparing us to Villa is not like for like.

i'm aware of that mate

you can't compare what villa charge with what city charge, it's about supply and demand and a little thing called ffp

The guy suggesting getting the fans together to discuss things obviously doesn't realise that City used to do that regularly via Points of Blue. 3 times a season there was an open meeting that attracted about 30 people where you could ask questions and raise issues with people like Vicki Kloss, Peter Fletcher, Lisa Eaton. A few off here used to go including Eccles Blue, de niro, Joe Mercer's Way, East Level 2, Blue_bird, occasionally me (when I was in Manchester) and others so you got a core of good, solid Blues who went home and away, knew the club and what the fans wanted.

Then they stopped it after Garry Cook left because they felt there were better ways of communicating with the fan-base. So we got a Facebook page and the master-stroke that is City Voice, where 15 year olds from Bangalore & Sarajevo could have their say on what was needed and what the fans wanted, and where you could only talk about what the club wanted to talk about.

So once again, I challenge the club, ring Steve Parish and tell him that they're re-starting PoB and give him a date fir a meeting. Then, I'll believe they're listening.

don't forget the VAT, remember that for every £57 ticket the club sell there handing over £12.40 to Mr Cameron so the club in effect is getting £44.60 and a £650 S/T is reduced to £520

Wonder if spurs will get slated for having a crowd 10000 less than ours tonight???

The club seem to have forgotten that the local fans who have been here through thin and thin are the bread and butter. The fact that we have very small numbers of supporters in the 16-25 age group doesn't help with the atmosphere one bit and the club appear to not give a damn as they might affect the sterile match day experience. The match day prices are an abomination and i find it hard to believe how we will fill these extra places at these prices, we don't have many day trippers but a financially strapped aeging support who if they don't attend there are no club shop carrier bag cretins to replace them unlike a certain other venue not a million miles away.

well its the first time Ive had to opted out of a
cup scheme . champions league as the prices i am now
paying for myself and daughter in level 2 are now beyond
what i can afford.

on the row i sit in NONE of the seasoncard holders turned up against Roma except me and my daughter

last week there were four of them other than us

it's not price its fucking apathy

they could give them away and the people on my row wouldn't be there

I agree to a certain extent there is apathy which is odd but since that great day in 2012 things have felt a bit flat even last maybe a result of the match day experience.

couldnt afford to pay for my lad when he turned 18, the cost of the S/T rocketed, he was out of work and could not pay himself so he dropped out, he started going with me to maine road at 18 months old and became a junior blue and season ticket holder at five, so not only have city lost him now for good they have lost his kids and grandkids to

Everyone is basically saying the same thing. There must be some truth in it?

High prices and inferiority complex have turned Manchester City fans off
