This is to ensure the people who bought the ticket actually go to the game.why do they do this,,''make fans collect tickets'' i could understand if it was school kids but fully grow adults being treated like babies, i cant see any reasons they cant be posted out or collected from MCFC ticket office,am i missing out on something here??
You present yourself with photo ID and you sign for your ticket and have a wristband attached.
You have to arrive at the ground with ticket and wristband.
The only way the person buying the ticket can pass it on to somebody else is by presenting themselves at the designated collection point then somehow removing the wristband (soap?) and passing it on to a third person. Waste of time if you have got to go to the trouble of travelling to the away venue then not actually go to the game.
