The Club must be working on a fix because, although the ticket transfer system isn’t working, the transfer ticket option is going to a different message.

I’m hoping it will be sorted by tomorrow.

I tried to transfer my daughters ticket to my wife for Newcastle, but couldn't. I just rang the ticket office and they did it for me. He said they're having problems with this particular match and transferring tickets, but are working on fixing it.

Don’t know if it helps but I’ve just been onto the website, logged in and had to download my season ticket into my Wallet. This is the third time this season but it’s back up for Saturday.

I tried transferring a ticket at the weekend but it wasn't working, just a pop up explaining how to transfer it haha. Seems be working ok today as I've just logged on. It seems I can transfer any ticket from the Newcastle game to the arsenal game. Leeds and Chelsea remains greyed out and unable to transfer it, I assume this is because it can only be done up to a certain date?
If I call the ticket office will it be possible they can transfer the ticket for the Chelsea game as that's the one I can't make. Cheers.

Yes it can only be done up to a certain date. I was advised by the ticket office to ideally wait until less than 2 weeks before the game, otherwise the emails don’t always arrive.
