It gets loaded to your season card.

If its an extra ticket, then it gets sent as a paper ticket.
 
god help us if we get to the final and well done city it was only £5 for the lad this time so no protest needed
 
Fuck it...cba with this shower any longer. Been online since 4.30 and on the phone to them since same time (as well as for over an hour on my lunch break). Was call number 355 and went all the way down to 1 only to go through to another queue on the phone. "we are experiencing very high call volume at the moment". Oh really ? Is that because your website is so fucking shite by any chance ?
Eventually got connected to a ticket representative. Told her the seat number I wanted (twice) and then silence...thought I was on hold. Alas no, she'd either cut me off on purpose or ended the call accidentally mid transaction.
Safe to say I'll be watching on BT Sport after this fiasco.

All the hand wringing by the usual suspects. Bottom line: if you want to guarantee a ticket - get in the cup scheme. If you want the aggravation of queuing - don’t. But don’t crib when it takes some time to get through. You’re given the choice at the beginning of the season to watch several european cup games for less than 35 quid a pop.

Sounds like a similar experience to Tolmie earlier. Wonder if it was the same girl.
 
Maybe after establishing the local/global paradox it is a master stroke to bump up Cup Scheme membership next season? The biggest recruitment drive since Gillingham.

He's being a dick in a nutshell.

Everyone trying to get tickets today is a seasoncard holder. So unless you're on the cup scheme you're a glory hunter by the sounds of it. Irrespective of if you've been to every game anyway.

And woe betide you if you've missed any games due to births, deaths, marriages, work or alien abduction.
