Website totally dead for me for the last 20 minutes, now 614 in the queue on the phone. If they have sold my ticket to some fucker buying 4 i will be livid.

So, I followed the voice instructions for 93:20 members to buy my existing premium seat and was put in a queue. I waited 35 mins to be answered, said I wanted to buy my seat and was transferred to the back of the general queue
at 680 !!!

Bollocks to them.
