Cheers. Sorted! On an iPad or iPhone? If so download puffin apparently. I found putting the number required and hitting return almost simultaneously worked.
Also as suggested above. I put 22 in and got the required number.

Same for me. Didn't get an email but it's in my account.Did seasoncard holders who bought tickets yesterday get an email confirmation ? I did not get anything. Was getting worried about this however can see the ticket is on my account and presumably loaded onto my seasoncard. Took a print of the confirmation screen as proof.
Glad it was just not me then. Will keep an eye on my bank account to make sure the money is debited then I can be 100% sure.Same for me. Didn't get an email but it's in my account.
Definitely mate? And it won't affect my ticket?

I got an e-mail and in fact it popped up whilst the spinning wheel of processing payment was ongoing, about 5 minutes after e-mail arrived i got the 'thank you for your order' , that was peak/chaos time around 10:30 am yesterday.
The email will be really important to take to the game.
I can imagine lots of duplicate sales with all the quick seat stuff.
Maybe there will be 120,000 at the game. That should shut McPointy and Camel Gob up
Apart from a one hour slot when sales first started online, when it was four. If your could get in to buy a ticket.....
Simply plain wrong and totally unfair.

It wouldn't surprise me if the system allowed ST holders with Cityzens membership to gorge themselves on additional tickets at 2pm tomorrow, such is the shamateurism of how the whole process has been handled.
