Tickets not arrived yet

If anyone's hasn't arrived by today ( Thursday ) phone City tomorrow and they will arrange for a duplicate to be picked up at Wembley before the game. No need to stress.

Assume they will deactivate the original.

Do this. Get in to 'em first thing mate. If you can't get to City tomorrow (work or whatever), the other thing you can do is take your proof of purchase to Wembley with you and go to the part of the ticket office where City are situated and they will be able to give you a duplicate there.

Hope it gets sorted, pal!

you will need to be there early.......with all the relevant information. I have experience of Wembley doing 're-issue' tickets and they are soooooooo fuc*kin thorough making phone calls to validate & asking 900 questions.

just sayin in case they don't turn up
