So I bought 2 tickets for the Swansea game online, however they decided to give me two seats that were nowhere near each other. I didn't see any indication when I was buying them as to preference of seating so I just presumed they would obviously put the two ticket seats next to each other.

Am I missing something? Because on the old ticket system was much easier to select your seats than this.
So anyway, do I just go to the ticket office so they can swap the seats around or am I stuck in this predicament?

Cheers lads

I had a look last week as we may come up for the Wigan match. There are two options, one where they pick the seats for you, and one where you choose them yourself and pick them off the diagram. Looks quite easy to me, but it isn't clear which one to choose and first time I looked I got what you must have clicked. It's the second option you should have gone for. Ring them up and sort it I would.

There are very few tickets left so that maybe why this happened.

If you ring 0161 444 1894 and select customer services, don't know which option number this is. They will probably swop the seats around for you. Like to think they would.

i'd do it today or tomorrow though as there are only around 100 seats left in the East Stand

Yeah cheers mate, just phoned up and they basically said "That can happen sometimes, just bring the tickets in and we will swap them around for you"

Nevermind, you live and learn. I'll just go to the stadium or buy them over the phone next time. Damn you internets!

Just gone in again now and I see there's only 'quick seats' available. I swear to God I looked at the Swansea game last week to see what was what and both options were available. Obviously they are still messing about with it.
