Reijnders isn't streets ahead of Nunes either. Larsson is potentially a lot closer to KDB but again he isn't the instant fix either.
Gotta be trolling at this point and I do think that Nunes under different circumstances could’ve been a hit but the part of Larson and KDB? Yes it’s trolling.
Nonetheless the club needs to get Reijnders ASAP. I can see a Madrid intervention with him and Wirtz at when they get rid of their French players.

Far from it. Larsson has been described to be a lot closer to Kev's skill set, you could argue he doesn't have the same affect Kev has.

Described by morons.

None of the stats or visual plays back this up.

He is a 6.

He can play 6/8/10. Right now he is being asked to play in certain way for Frankfurt more as a DM. He does that well. For Malmö he played in a more atracking role and showed real promise there. He is quick and is good at breaking the lines with his passing and crossing.

A good comparison is Fernandinho. He also had different roles for different teams. For Shakthar he was an all action modfielder and awesome at that. For us he was an elite DM. City value his passing as one of his key attributes something they have mentioned to him and his agent when discussing a move. Pep is not like every other manager he sees thing different.

He wouldn't be a squad payer, he would replace kev, gundo or Kova in one of the Mezzala roles.

Why people wpuld think he plays in a DM role when he hasn't for years

He is a better idea than going for shite like gibbs-white

Kovacic was a great signing- the treble squad was a midfielder light, and they grabbed him right when the window opened. But, then txiki screwed up the Gundo renewal, missed out on Bellingham and Rice, panic bought Nunes, and then Kovacic went from squad player to regular starter. As squad player, excellent signing. As regular starter, terrible signing.
“Great” ?!!

He was a solid signing. Not sure about “great”

I disagree with that. He isn't any better than the current set of aging midifielders
He is better than all of them, including Nunes.

Larsson is a 6—so why are comparing him to KEV a 10? Honestly, I’d rather have Perrone back. He’s having a better season than Larsson, and we already own him. No need to waste money on Larsson when we’ve got a more promising option in-house, so it is better to spend that money elsewhere than on Larsson.

This would be amazing with Wirtz ahead of them.

With the MGW rumour being confirmed by Gaughan though, i fear this was just indeed a made up rumour unfortunately. Incredible really as i know we need homegrown players but find a different way than picking MGW over Rejinders FFS!

If we’re not going for Reijnders, we’re making another mistake—just like we did with Neves. If we keep going down this road, we’ll end up like United: spending hundreds of millions and still turning into a mess.

We probably gonna wait until real has interest and takes him awa buy a new average player where everyone knew he would flop .
Honestly there are obvious options for some positions out there but who knows who we end up with

I agree about bringing Perrone back but I am not convinced Reijnders is the answer either. The signings has to be players that can really improve matters

Great because it filled a squad need, being decisive (earliest signing in a window I can think of) and price.
Normally txiki dicks around for 2 months haggling over 5 million. I think gvardiol is way better than kovacic, but I don't know that I think txiki did as well with that signing. Nico Gonzalez is better than kovacic, but txiki did terrible with those negotiations

Nunes filled a squad need - it wasn’t a great signing..
