If we get him, there has to be a song about him to the tune of "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer"

Here is my first draft.................( might need to change the shiny nose bit)

We've got Tijjani Reijnders
He's got a very shiny nose
And if you ever saw it
You would even say it glows

All of the other players
Used to laugh and call him names
They never let poor Tijjani
Join in any football games

Then one transfer window eve
City came to say
"Tijjani with your nose so bright
Won't you join City tonight?"

Then all the players loved him
And they shouted out with glee
"We love Tijjani Reijnders
You'll go down in history"

Don’t give up the day job mate

So hes about the same overall as a 34 year old Ilkay in an easier league ?
Yes somebody did the same with Wirtz and KDB. if you take these charts seriously we are getting this seasons Gundogan and KDB . Luckily I don't take these charts seriously.

Why do I fuckin bother, your both correct, fuck Wirtz and Reijnders, who do you two prefer.
I know who I prefer for next season that much is obvious to anyone that watches them, but how do those charts show it?. They say Reijnders is more or less the same as this seasons Gundogan which is obviously nonsense.

If Gundo is going also, then is there a slight concern over the core leadership group?

It leaves only Dias and Rodri, maybe Eddie, as the experienced leaders. But no Walker, no Kevin, maybe no Gundo, no Eddie and no Bernie, ...that's a big change in mentality and dressing room hierarchy.

Maybe Haaland steps up?

Erling is already a huge voice and presence in the changing room, we`ve seen that in the treble features and when we sign new players etc Erling is always so welcoming etc.

I'd think stones and ake if they are both around will step up.

I wouldn't be against just having a captain and vice captain only but know that pep won't do that

Well Tijjani he arrived from AC
He went straight in to Man City
He swapped the red and the black for the sky blue
And waved goodbye to his Italy
He plays right next to our Rodri
Keeps it all ticking along
He plays early balls into Erling
And that is why we sing our song

Give me hope, Tijjani,
Hope, Tijjani,
Hope, Tijjani,
In the sky-blue sun,
Oh give me hope Tijjani,
Hope Tijjani,
Hope, and the treble comes.

These are professionals who have played over 100 games. Gvardiol, Foden, Haaland, Kova, Akanji, Ake, have all been playing professional football since they were kids. There’s more than enough leadership. Why keep the older players when they’re past it and Pep will play them over everyone. Can’t gain experience if you don’t put them in the game.

They can all leave. This leadership thing is overrated anyways if you are good you are good. We see how much this leadership has done for us this season

Might be time for some new voices in all honesty.
