I think the fact we clearly lost the plot at the end of the game makes it very difficult to make a big issue regarding Taylor's incompetence.

Totally agree, at the end of a game where it's clear the ref was cheating throughout and he was trying to calm a situation down only to be slapped in the face, Fernandinho should have just turned the other cheek. The idiot.

Having watched football for over 50 years that was a totally dishonest display from Taylor, motivated by who knows what, although like most I can guess.

I hope our owners are doing something and when they discover the truth it becomes public, not ending in a pay off consisting of a cushy and well paid job in the USA.

And for all we know that could be the case.When have we ever read that we take our grievances to the media ? We don`t and we keep council very quietly but I bet noises have been made by someone in the Club.Completely agree with you.

Unfortunately the Sheikh and Khaldoon don't confide in me but I'd like to think that there's a plan, particularly after that refereeing horror show on Saturday.

If I were them I'd be looking to do something like talking to Sky and offering to underwrite them blowing BT away when the next round of PL & CL TV deals are negotiated. Of course there would be a quid pro quo required for doing that which would involve Sky being much more positive in their portrayal of us and a guarantee that we never have a performance from a ref like that again.

I've no doubt that they could blow the whole PL edifice out of existence if they wanted to but I'm not sure that really serves anyone's interest.

Yeah he should. He's a professional footballer and his "oh so tough guy" show will have given him six seconds of feeling better and then fucked his club for three games. It was indeed idiotic.

The refereeing is clearly getting to Pep, last week he made some comments about not understanding the referees here before not expanding - and he'd said that before.

Then on Saturday he had his whole sarcastic clapping and thumbs up when Taylor finally gave us a decision.

He's clearly getting pissed off and I assume if he cares that much about it the club will do what they can.
