I think our priority should be to get rid of the dead wood out the dressing room, not only is it holding us back it is obviously the root cause of a lot of bad feeling at the club at the moment, I don’t care how we do it, we are rich enough to pay up these players contracts and send them on their way, for starters this will boost moral no ends. We don’t want these influences in the dressing room; we don’t want to see them in a blue shirt ever again.

Then if we can’t secure the services of our transfer targets for what ever reason, we should play the youngsters coming up through the reserves, not ideal I know, but I much would rather watch a youngster player for his shirt than some tosser who could not give a shit about it.

I just don’t see how we are going to make any progress with these bad eggs in the squad and in my eyes it needs sorting as a matter of urgency right now.

Or another option is loan all the players consistently mentioned out too division one sides until the end of the season, and then sell them that should get the message across.

We all have to be pulling in the same direction.

...so a player who is a 'bad egg' gets a few mill in the bank and is then free to join who he likes for a nice fat signing on fee?

I am sure the morale of the remaining players will sky rocket as they are left to battle their way up the table

I can tell this comes from the heart but it does not make sense to have a mass clear out when we need to start winning games - starting at Portsmouth this weekend.

We have some winable games coming up and at the moment we cannot send 5 or 6 players on loan to other clubs - it's too rash.

Desperate situations require desperate measures.

I have no faith in some of the players who have been routinely mentioned as disruptive influences, even their performances leave a bad taste in the mouth, and they have effectively downed tools until MH is sacked

Not ideal I know but if MH stays they have to go.

I think there is absolutely no benefit having them around the club, look at Elanos performance against Forest?

Look at Hammans ?

These players are doing more harm than good, the group widely reported on have to go or find another manager something has to give?

For the record I want the group moved on.

Loan out the dead wood like we've done with big Danny Mills.

Ball shouldnt be seen in blue again unless its the blue of Coventry.

totally agree mate

All those player's who are not prepared to play for the manager and therefore the team i would only have two words to say to them

CONTRACT TERMINATED

there are certain players that need to be got rid of asap.....a couple who have been here far roo long and survived at city in too many transfer windows.......VASS and D> MILLS for starters..........benjani can go, so can caceido evans and maybe gelson if we get a new defensive midfielder. Id be inclined ton let Jo go as well but it may be worth keeping him to see if he can make the grade (but im not hopeful)

CONTRACT TERMINATED

does that not have to be by mutual consent?

or for serious misconduct/indisipline etc. If not then you will have to compensate said individuals.
