Older blues looking back will have fab memories of the last ten years but their memories of things they did going to city in the lean days will be what they remember most fondly at the end of their days.

You have put what I imagined to be true far more eloquently. There is a camaraderie in that we newer fans cannot recreate. My husband had that a bit with the Red Sox here in the states when they finally won the World Series. It really was a joy like no other.
