Time Travel

It is a mystery though mate. If the Earth is indeed spinning so fast, why when I jump over our little garden fence don't I land in the miserable cunts garden at the end of the street?

Because you didn't reach escape velocity when you jumped.

Is it god helping us? and as soon as we get far enough away from earth he thinks 'fuck it, if they don't wanna be here I'm not helping them any more'

Yes, this is the current physics thinking behind it

I've often wondered this, if a plane leaves America for New Zealand, does it fly over Europe and Asia towards Oceania or can it go via a different route.

Sorry my question isn't very clear but is hard to put into words.

North or South America?

Feck me. Didn't know that we had such educated audience on blue moon. Someone said at the start of the 1900's that. Everything that can be invented has been invented. How wrong was he? For that matter I say time travel is possible. There are some really clever people who I am sure will work it out.

Time travel is possible. I've just travelled from the time where I read your post to the time where I posted this.

I've time travelled a few times flying from Abu Dhabi (GMT+4) to Doha (GMT+3). Taking off at 12.15pm I arrived around 11.45am.

I also lost a day in my life flying from Los Angeles to Auckland. It was an evening flight on 29th January and the plane crossed the date line at exactly midnight flipping straight into 31st January. As a result 30th January 1998 didn't exist for me.

Bloody flux capacitors.
