This is tragic, stunning news. Like everyone else I knew he was ill but assumed he would be treated and recover. I have no idea what to say, but words are not much use to those close to him. RIP.

Fucking hell that's a bit of a shock, I thought he was beating it. Doesn't seem like five minutes since he was appointed manager.
