To All Fans At The Home Leg Next Week.

I am 18in a month and am a massive city fan, I check both this site and the main site every day sevral times. I have a CityCard and try to get to as many games as I can. But this post isn't about just me, it's about every city fan, and it's directed at all the ones going to the home leg next week.

I have been to many games in my life so far, and I always see on tv the fan from other countrys having a party in the grounds, they sing at the top of the voices. Chant and dance from kick off till the final whistle. Tops of just going carzy. When there winning and when there loosing! You know what kind I mean. The whole groung at full voice for 90mins. I have never seen that in the uk.

I think we need to make the change... Not me because I'm young but there are many of us (city fans) that have been threw the lot, up and down divisions, many manegers and many players in our shirt. We moan like hell but we sick with the blues, why? coz were real fans! And many are thinking " it's about time they pay us back" well let's show them how much we want it, lets show we love our club, lets not only sing when somthing goid happens or when the play speeds up. let's make the croud the best the uk has ever seen! Singing for 90Mins at full voice. Let's be the 12 man! Let's be the mad fans u seen in other countys! Let's proove were city, real city!

And if we get to the semies, you can think I helped win that game, and know we have found the missing key at city. And if we don't get in, you can think we tryed we all put 200% in. And walk away a proud, real fan knowing you not just here to see us lift cups, show your a
true blue! The cups will come as a bonus.

City till I die, no matter what!

Personally i can't wait for the 2nd leg to come around , and despite tonites result i reckon most City fans will feel the same ........ i'm sure that Hamburg will know only too well that they've been in a real battle by the end of it!

well for i, i will be shouting as much as i can[ lots]. lets make the noice like rangers fans did at our place. we need everyone to get behind them next week and lets show them what passion we have for the blues. LETS GET COMS ROCKING FOR THE FULL 90 MINS

Good post mate I just wish there were a few more positive posts like this. I for one will be there in full voice and expect the lads to do us proud win or loose, oh and I think we will do it hamburg are a good side there's no gettin away from it but is it impossible to do what we need to do at COMS with a packed house and a team up for it, I don't think so.

We got beat by a much better team, but when we have to bring on the likes of Benjani, Garrido and Gelson thats where the problem lies.

So next week, get the bananas out and sing your heads off and get behind the team!!

And lets show the rest of Europe (and our new owners) why we are the best fans in the world, and why we still love City, even after not winning a bloody cup in 33 years!!!!!

Agreed, good post.

No reason why we can't win 2-0, it can be done with our superb home form and a capacity crowd getting behind the team and get us through into the semi's, hamburg will be fully aware of how good we are at home and if we score early they will be nervous as fuck, we cannot conceed first or if we do for me the tie is over, score easrly get a goal get the place rocking and we'll go on to win and robbie and petrov will tear them apart,

can't wait for next thursday, gonna be huge.
