Mind you this week some idiot used his truck to attempt to murder and maim rather than a gun. Utter madness.

Seven people were seriously injured when a man driving a pickup truck plowed into cyclists at a bike race in Show Low, Ariz., the police said. The driver was then shot and wounded by the police.

So a police officer goes to speak to a nutjob who was acting suspiciously. Nutjob shoots police officer twice with a shotgun.

Nutjob then goes to his own truck to pick up an AR-15 (presumably to kill lots of people), bystander sees this all happen and pulls out his own handgun and kills nutjob. He then runs over to disarm dying nutjob of his AR-15. As he does this, more police arrive and immediately shoot bystander:

The police in Arvada, Colo., said a good Samaritan who fatally shot a gunman who had just killed a police officer was himself shot by responding officers.

This is one the issues with everyone having guns.

I was just going to post this myself. Not one where they can really blame the police when one of their own is killed and they turn up to find someone waving an AR15 and a handgun around. What a madhouse it is over there.
