Isn't that the place that was called the International (IIRC) when I was growing up in Longsight? Near the junction of Anson Rd and Dickenson Rd? I was about 5 minutes' walk from there.
That's the one near the Anson estate. There was so much spilt drink and blood on the carpets your feet used to stick to them.

I’ve found about 6 different videos now, even a remake of it ffs.
Some pissed up red necks were being told to move their boat so a tour boat could dock. They refused, words for exchanged and then one of them jumped a black security guard. Rest of red necks show up.
Some time later a load of black guys and women attack the boat and kick absolute fuck out of them.
Yes I wasn't sure of what started it but they sure got a battering in n the end. As somebody who sailed around the world on ships, bigger than that, one thing you quickly learnt was not to upset the locals, especially in a small port.

The place was as cheap as chips and no dress restrictions like other clubs. I've seen guys going in there still in their work gear straight from an all day session from the building site. You used to get these free tickets, or it might have been 50p or something crazy to get in during the week.

My father in law has had a few scraps in there he says with his Levenshulme lot.
