Explains what happened. Did he kill the other bloke in white as well? I'm sure he hit two people. The guy in the hi vis was utterly stupid. First I've no idea how he missed from that range. Then he just turns his back on some guy he's just tried to shoot who's backed up at speed and is only going to come forward at speed too.

It was a busy street and it was a low volume shoot, probably due to .22 caliber firearm, which is more of a plink than a bang.

Yep, clearly wasn’t being picked up by everyone. Not that you can tell properly in a 20 second clip.
