Tomorrow's ref is Stuart Attwell

Apparantley aswell in August Atwell took charge of a friendly between West Bromwich Albion Vs Chievo.
A message of condolence was being read out over the tannoy for Bobby Robson & a minute's applause & silence was meant to follow...... Atwell started the game whilst the message of condolence was being read out.

Whats the problem? Hes a good ref to be fair.

Every ref has there bad day, hes been fair at our ground.
Bad day that was taking the piss at Watford would you of said that if it was City ?

Calm down. I just meant in general...every person deserves a 2nd chance.

If we create some atmos we may be able to get at him.

I could be wrong but would he want to upset a team of superstars and a lively crowd?

Stu is the bright new ref. They have fast-tracking if one of yer men jump on an Arse leg, and they have fast tracking for their bright new refs.

As a Grade 3 ref, having served my apprenticeship at delectable sporting venues as Debdale Park, Smedley Road, Crumpsall, Plant Hill Park, and that monument to water and boulder clay, Greenbank Playing Fields I have come to the conclusion that if Stu's name appeared in the proggy, not as Stuart Attwell, but Stuart BadShit, we would know what to expect. There will be an incident. Jeez only knows if we will be on the BadShit end of it, but there will be an incident.

If I am wrong about this, I will issue a public apology to the ref.

Come back, Wiley, the seven added minutes are forgiven!

Lots of money riding on this game so select the ref who guarentees the payout.

Burnleys first 3 points tommorow followed by the media questioning Hughes management.

Will he be bringing his tape measure......

I suggest we all jump up and cheer whenever we get into their 18 yard box he should award us with a goal each time.

The linesman always concern me more than the referees as they are crap at keeping up with the play / ruling offsides accurately.

The official running the line nearest the East stand against Fulham was particulary bad. It was so bad that I jumped up and screamed a load of abuse in front of my mates 4 year old lad who was attending his first game. Don't think he'll be coming again.
