I don't really believe in Ghosts. I believe that if you want to see something enough, you'll see it. Real or not.

This is what I said to a friend of mine, who really believes in ghosts and the supernatural.
She laughed and told me I was stupid not to believe.

We had to work in an old timber framed building, Rowleys House and Museum in Shrewsbury, and it is supposedly haunted by three ghosts. Didn't please her too much when I was trying to coax them out. She swore blind that when she felt a cold presence when she walked into the room with the bed chamber in it, where an old midwife of the Corbett family supposedly sits on the bed. I went up to have a look and pointed out there was a draught coming from a gap in the timber frames near the ceiling.
I also went into the attic and the cellar of the mansion, and didnt see anything out of the ordinary.

Ghost stories in places like Rowleys are usually made up to attract tourists and I dont believe them at all.

My grandad used to say he'd seen ghosts before but I've yet to be convinced.

not me personally, but my gran has

she was waiting for some friends with my grandad and they were running late. andway they live on an avenue where theres a car park running round the back of there house. he looked out of the window to see if there was any sign of them.

anyway he saw there friends car drive past and round into the car park so he went round to go and meet them, only to find it wasnt there! on return to the house my gran was as white as a seet. it was about 6.40pm and the clock had gone off as it does on the hour, she got tapped on the shoulder and at the same time she got a phone call to say her friends had died an hour ago in a car crash!

i have heard since that if you die in a car crash you normally complete the journey you were doing. there not nutters my gran and grandad, but they swear it happened

LMAO!! I had just finished watching a movie and the credits were rolling as I was reading your post. The music was soft/eerie, but as I got to the bit in bold the music suddenly went all loud and scary!, . Fuckin shit me right up lol

my girlfriend told me that when she was about 5 or 6 a little girl used to come out of a crack in a wall and talk to her. she remembers proper conversations and what she looks like. its only now shes older that she gets creeped out by this. as it turns out a little girl died in her bedroom. my girlfriend is a clever woman she isnt making it up, im still a sceptic on ghosts as i have never seen one.
