Actually there were some rumours within the local media about possible calling off this match, but not because of weather (such a thing doesn't happen here), but because of the fact, that Police just officially said the ground is not safe enough in case of real trouble. But the final decision is to be made by the president of Poznan and he's just made it, despite police opinion. The match's gonna take place and the topic is to be shut.
