It's hard because when I started following the sport as a little kid he seemed to be able to do things with the ball no one else could, so there's an element of that memory -- you're of course absolutely right that on achievement alone, he's not like the others, which is why he didn't make the list. I'm also coming at this from an American point of view -- he was more well-known and popular here than many other players (and recall here in the 70s soccer was an absolute fringe sport, professionally).Best ? your joking surely.
